If proficient- work up to a 5x3 of one snatch balance + 2 OHS

 

15 min AMRAP with a partner:

400m run with your partner

30 bottom to bottom air squats (equal work-15 a piece)

24 alternating push-ups (while one does pushups the other planks)

16 TTB (while one works one hangs)
