then complete 3x10 back off sets

Dumbbell lunges 40/25 each arm

Pushups

V ups

50 Air Squats

40 hollow rocks

30 alternating dumbbell snatches 55/35

20 burpees

10 push-ups

 

Rest 2 min between rounds or go straight through!
