Romanian Dead lift x 8 reps

Push-Ups x 12 reps (starting at the top position, control down for 2 seconds)

*Rest

Kettle bell Swings x 20 Reps

WOD

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

5 Renegade Rows (with dumbbells, athlete may use kettlebells if they are able)

20 Walking Lunges with Dumbbells in Farmers Carry

(use same weights as you did for the renegade rows)
