Row 1500m as a team

90 Med Ball Sit-ups 20/14 (One person at a time)

60 Partner WBS (Switch middle person every 20 reps)

30 Clean and Jerks 135/95 (One person at a time)


**At any time through the 25 minutes you must complete 12 rope climbs as a unit**
