5 minutes to establish a Max L Sit or Tuck Hold

 

20 minute Partner Amrap

“Dorie”

150m Partner Carry (each) *3 down and backs*

Then in remaining time:

Partner A does 1 round of:

15 AKBS 53/35

10 Burpees

5 STO 95/65

Partner B Max WBS 20/14

 

Partners rotate each round till you accumulate 150 WBS. If time remains after the 150 wbs, alternate rounds of the 15/10/5 till 20 minutes.
