Handstand/HSPU/HS Walk Skill Work

1.Get into groups of 3- 2 spotters and work on handstand position

  1. Work on tripod for HSPU and negatives if the strength isn’t there yet

3 HS Walk if proficient- tight butt and legs leaning forward 


Set up and SA KB Practice


10 minute Amrap

40 Double Unders

20 SA KB Cleans 53/35 (10 each side)

15 HSPU (HRPU or Dumbbell PP acceptable scales)


4 minute EMOM


45 seconds of TTB


45 second of Pistols or Weighted Lunges 35/26
