Take 10-12 minutes to practice three gymnastics skill of your choice.
Options include, but are not limited to - Pistols, HSPU, Wall Walks, Kipping Pull-Ups, Butterfly Pull-Ups, Muscle-Ups, L-Sits, Toes 2 Bar, etc.... Pick 3 exercises and have them to 3 or 4 sets of 6-8 reps of each movement.
