In teams of two, partners alternate whole sets to complete 5 sets each of:

400 m run

20 Wall balls (20/14 lbs)

10 Unbroken Deadlifts

(resting partner may pick a core exercise  (sit ups, plank, hollow rocks or hold, etc.) 30 seconds on 30 seconds rest, while other partner is working)
