30 seconds of Hollow Rocks

30 seconds of Lunges (jumping is ok)


 

Complete 3 sets of the following (for load):

10 Front Rack Lunges 

*Rest as needed between sets*

 

Complete 2 sets of max rep bench press @bodyweight (if that isn’t realistic; go to 70% of max)

*Goal is 10+ reps and make sure you rest a lot between efforts*
