20 minutes to complete:

3x3 Squat Clean @70-80% of max
*Reset after each rep*

5x3 Clean Deadlifts @ 90-110% of max
*Reset after each rep*

10 minutes to complete the following max effort tests:
1 min of Max effort Pull-ups
1 min of Max effort Ring Dips/Push-ups
1 min of Max effort Air Squats
*Rest as needed between sets*
**At least 2 minute rest recommended**
