CrossFit has been a staple in my life since 2012. I grew up in Wenatchee and have been in the valley ever since I returned from Central with a PE and Health degree. I've been coaching CrossFit for over 6 years now and am eager to share my experience with everyone here at CrossFit 791. I've also been a competitive athlete in the past (2013 Regionals appearance) and believe firsthand that CrossFit can improve athletic performance. No matter if you want to excel at sports, play outside or just be overall healthier; my aim is to help you reach your goals. Fitness is a lifelong journey and I'd love to help and join with you in that adventure.
Cashmere is my home! I moved to Cashmere with my family when I was in 4th grade. My mom always kept me and my four sisters busy with lots of outdoor fun! We enjoyed playing sports, skiing, boating, camping and much more as a family. I started running before or after school with my mom when I was 14. It was at that point that I realized how much I loved exercising and the way it made me feel. I continued to run through high school and finished my first marathon in 2007 just before I got married. I was also going to our local gym at the time but was feeling very bored with the same routine and wasn't seeing any results. In 2009, I joined our local CrossFit gym and was hooked after the first workout! The rest is history! Since then my husband and I have had 3 babies, moved to Idaho for work and then moved back home for good in 2015! I continued to do CrossFit in a garage gym and an affiliate gym since 2009. I received my CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate in 2013. Opening a CrossFit affiliate has always been a dream of mine and I am so excited to be a part of CrossFit 791
What a beautiful valley I live in!! My husband and I knew that Cashmere would be where we would raise our family. I LOVE Cashmere and its community. My faith and family are my number one priorities, I have been married for 14 years and a mother to 3 amazing kids, I love volunteering at their school and around our community. I love almost every kind of sport (playing not watching), I love to run and exercise, I first was introduced to CrossFit by a friend and I was hooked after 2 days, not just the workout but the motivation and uplift I received made me crave it daily. CrossFit has become a routine part of my life, I have learned as I have gotten older, that I am important and need to take care of myself, so in return I can care for my family and community. One of my favorite quotes is “You are Beautiful” “You are Strong” You are Worth it” CrossFit has strengthened all of these. I’m excited to be a part of CrossFit 791 inspire others.
I began CrossFit a year and a half ago and continued throughout my third pregnancy to keep myself moving. Since then I've learned to love the strength that CrossFit has provided me. I feel energetic caring for my active children and i have enjoyed the sense of community that the coaches and athletes and their families bring. I enjoy being outdoors with my family hiking, biking, running and xc skiing. I look forward to learning along with the clients at the gym, taking our strength and activities outdoors to enjoy our beautiful valley.
Hello! My name is William Demarest, I am a long-time resident of the valley. I have been pursuing physical fitness for the last 6 years! I love everything fitness related. In November of 2016 I became a CrossFit Level 1 trainer and since then I have attended the CrossFit Weightlifting program. My background is endurance running. I have completed marathons and triathlons. When I am not at CF791 you can find me attending classes at the college or volunteering for Fire District #3 and the Sheriff’s Office.
I absolutely love helping others when I am coaching at the gym. It makes everything worth it when I see athletes from every background come to CF791 and pour their heart and soul into the WOD. Please let me know what I can do to make your physical fitness journey better!
